Directions
Combine olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and basil. Toss with tomatoes and bread. Prepare EASY SPEEDY OMELETS per instructions. Do not fold. Flip out of pan, but leave flat on plate. Cover with about 3/4 cup tomato/bread mixture.
