Tilapia with Chive-Lemon Miso Butter from America's Test Kitchen

Made 6/5/22: Topping too strong. Fish was tasteless and mealy

Salt both sides of fillets and let sit for 15 minutes. Pat dry with paper towel. If not already split, slice down the middle.

Meanwhile whisk Miso Butter ingredients in small bowl. Set aside.

Saute in butter just couple minutes per side until lightly browned. Do thick pieces, then thin. Remove to plate. Top with Miso Butter.
