1. Dissolve HCL in 2 tablespoon high proof alcohol, set aside. **Regular vodka takes longer to dissolve. Use high proof neutral alcohol for faster. 2. Put water in quart-size measuring cup. Microwave to boiling 3. Add sugar, dissolve sugar 4. Add citric acid. 5. Add HCL solution. Stir REALLY well. 6. Weigh finished solution and divide by 16 to get total grams 7. Use 1/16 of this to 1 quart cold water (actually less than one quart to allow headroom for carbonation. 8. Carbonate 9. Store in refrigerator
