Turkey Fajitas ?

Directions

In small bowl, combine chili sauce, lime juice, ground red pepper, garlic powder and ginger; set aside. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil about 1 minute or until oil sizzles over medium-high heat. Add turkey breast strips, bell peppers and onion; stir-fry 4 to 6 minutes, or until turkey is lightly browned and peppers are tender-crisp. Add chili sauce mixture; cook 2 to 3 minutes longer, or until turkey and vegetables are well coated with sauce and heated, stirring often. Heat tortillas as package directs. To serve, place a lettuce leaf and about 1/3 cup turkey mixture on each warm tortilla. Fold up bottom; fold in sides and secure with toothpick, leaving top open. Accompany with condiments. Serves 5.
