* 4-1/2 cups is roughly one half of Costcos 40 oz bag of nuts.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
If nuts not already roasted, spread out on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven until light golden brown, about 10 minutes. Dump in large bowl. Save parchment. Leave oven on. Skip this step if already roasted
In a small microwave proof ramiken blowl, combine the rosemary, garlic, cayenne, sugar, salt, worcestershire and butter. Melt together slowly, about 20 seconds 3 times.
Drizzle butter mixture over nuts and thoroughly toss. Spread out back on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 5-7 minutes.
Best served warm. Put in jar with lid. Store in fridge. Once you eat these, you will never want to stop.
