Combine first 4 ingredients in a 1-quart glass measure. Gradually add water and lemon juice, stirring with a wire whisk until blended. Stir in blueberries. Cover with wax paper, and microwave at HIGH 5 to 6 minutes or until thickened and bubbly, stirring every 2 minutes. Serve warm over vanilla frozen yogurt or pancakes.
