Directions
Combine water and butter in medium saucepan. Stir in rice and contents of seasoning packet. Bring to a boil. Cover tightly and simmer until all water is absorbed, about 25 minutes. Transfer to large bowl. Cover and chill. Add turkey mushrooms spinach, basil, green onions and lemon peel to rice; mix well. Blend wine, oil, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir into rice mixture. Chill. Stir in tomatoes just before serving. Makes 6 servings. salad 35
