Directions
Combine flour, butter and water in food processor. Blend until mixture begins to form a ball, approximately 30 seconds. Roll dough out on counter into a circle 1/4 thick about 13 in diameter. Place in tart pan and refrigerate. Heat cream in sauce pan just to a boil. Remove from heat. In a bowl combine egg yolks, sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Slowly add cream to egg mixture while whisking constantly until sugar dissolves. Gently stir in chilled cherries and berries. Pour into tart crust and bake at 375 degrees F for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
