Directions
Put all ingredients in a half-pint jar and shake really well. Refrigerate.
This makes 4 batches of finished dressing. Each batch uses 5 cups cabbage
To finish dressing, whisk together 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) of this with 1/3 cup low fat mayonaise until smooth
Pour dressing over 5 cups cabbage mixture and toss well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
