In blender container or food processor bowl with metal blade, combine all ingredients. Cover; blend at low speed until smooth, about 1 minute. Refrigerate several hours to blend flavors. Spoon into serving dish. If desired, sprinkle with additional dill weed. Serve with fresh vegetable dippers. 1-1/2 cups.
