Combine first 4 ingredients in a 1-quart glass measure; stir well. Gradually add water and milk, stirring with a wire whisk until blended. Stir in walnuts. Microwave at HIGH 4 minutes or until thickened and bubbly, stirring with a wire whisk every 2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve warm or at room temperature over vanilla frozen yogurt. Yield: 1 cup plus 3 tablespoons (serving size: 1 tablespoon).
