Stuffed French Toast

Grease a 9× 13 casserole dish. Cut crusts from bread and cut into 1 cubes; spread 1/2 bread cubes in bottom of dish. Sprinkle cream cheese and ham over bread. Cover with remaining bread cubes. Whisk together eggs, milk and maple syrup; pour over bread mixture and refrigerate overnight. Next morning preheat oven to 375º and bake for 45 minutes.
